Alesja began her karate journey at the age of five and competed in international tournaments and championships by the time she was eight. Year after year, she claimed the title of Estonian Champion in her age category, excelling both in kata and kumite. As she grew older, Alesya chose to focus on refining her kata skills.

For the past several years, Alesya has devoted herself to coaching, passing on her invaluable experience to the next generation and teaching young athletes the art of Jyoshinmon Karate. Her attentiveness, patience, and genuine desire to help each student reach their potential have earned her the respect and affection of her pupils. Her professionalism, support, and personal example inspire students to pursue new goals and believe in themselves.
